Seminar #1-2: Formative Assessment: Inside and Out. Inside or Out

Today we presented our presentation which we had put together in pairs. Separately I have attached the powerpoint.

My powerpoint only managed 3.5 minutes when the target was 5. I partially feel this is due to where I was on my own and the fact I spoke fast. But the main problem was that I hadn't spent enough time  on the task to back up and support my opinion.

At the end it was evaluated that I was fairly blunt with my opinions and could have had more to support myself on. The tutor and other students also mentioned that it lacked illustrations where this could have been important and supported our answers more on the last slide.

From this formative assessment I have learnt that I need to be more confident and expand on my ideas as well as just reading them from what was written on the powerpoint. 

My time management was very poor for this task as I left it till last minute when I was given a week to complete it. For the next tasks, I will be ready and prepared. 

Overall I feel it went ok, it didn't meet the exact specification of the task but I have learnt from this mistake and will consider improvements throughout the next task.
