Third and final brief for this unit... Exploration, Investigation & Exhibiton
An open brief, I'm not too sure whether I'd preferred one with a topic... but let's see where it takes me! With an open brief, Juneko recommended that we should find an image we absolutely love by an artist; with that, we can go forth in that direction. That was very helpful advice as I always struggle for a topic with an open brief. I have many artists work which I love so hopefully it shouldn't be so tricky.
To begin with I've completed a proposal of my initial ideas and inspiration of other photographers.
My initial idea is to create a modern day Alice in Wonderland through advertisement for victims of rape/ assault.
Although, mentioning my proposal to Kirsty during my one-to-one, she said that perhaps it was too much of a touchy subject. I feel I may convey it wrong and upset others, which is not my intention, therefore I may need to reconsider my concept...
