1:1 with James
With my scheduled one-to-one with James I briefed him on what I'd been getting up to and what I had planned for the brief.
I showed him a few of my shoots that I had taken for landscape and portrait, and it was mentioned that I need to focus on my choice of lighting and colour to keep the consistency in order for my images to work coherently as well as theoretically.
I presented my visual logbook to James and he noticed that I had very little research... Which is strange for me as I'm usually told that I have too much research and not enough shoots? But it's good to see that I'm going out more to photograph rather than staying in just to fill the empty pages.
This is only my second 1:1 which is shocking, and I'm aware that I need to sign-up to many more. Now that I'm feeling confident with my project and know that I'm starting to put the three images together I want to make sure I get those one to ones in to finalise my work.
