Self Promotional: social media & website

Since starting university I created a separate Instagram account and website which I would post images that I was working on for university and personal use. I regularly use the Instagram account updating what I'm getting up and anything that I find of inspiration. I found myself doing this after creating a blog as part of the course requirement. I enjoyed the process of blogging and having that to go back to for future needs. I thoroughly enjoy using Instagram and think its a great way to share photos and moving image. For me it's like a photo album that you can flick back through photos. On my personal account I have hundreds of photos and from time to time I like to go back and look at old memories. Photos can take up so much storage at times and Instagram is a great and easy way of storing those photos for me if I know I will only want them to look at and not to print. With presenting my photographic practise on a separate account I like to look back and see where I've come and what I've developed. My family and friends and other's who are interested in my work follow and comment on some of my images which at times have been helpful and constructive criticism. I will continue to display my photographic work through Instagram because I feel it's one of the best platforms to show your work on at this time.

I'm currently updating my website. I made it towards the beginning of year 1 but now feel it could do with some new and improved work and present a more mature style. As for the website I struggle to keep up to date with it. I hadn't viewed it in a long while until it was mentioned during the recent lecture. I think with Instagram being an easy access as an app I can view it whenever I want. The website it more difficult to handle on a mobile device. I need to keep this up to date and find alternatives that can help me do so. I believe there is a link to Instagram which may be beneficial for me. 

Below are screenshots of my previous website that I put together featuring my best work and some of my clients work. I have a lot more to add now which I'm looking forward to start fresh and put together a new and improved website.
